Offshore Wind

For clients whose business involves the service and maintenance activities of the offshore wind farms currently under construction: after having first served as a logistical fall-back base for particular projects, the terminal in the Eemshaven is now fully capable of acting as a long-term base for connecting with the wind farms.

Ample surface area is available at the terminal for temporary storage and handling of works containers and mobilisation and demobilisation of supply vessels. The provisioning of supply vessels takes place in close cooperation with Wijnne Barends Agency so that crew changes, the loading and unloading of materials and provisions in accordance with the applicable customs procedures can take place correctly and without wasting time. Covered storage and the capacity to assemble spare parts are available in our warehouses.
