Puja ceremony Lady Hedwig

Today, the 21st of July 2020, Lady Hedwig’s Puja ceremony took place at the yard in Goa India with the priest blessing the vessel and her crew. Unfortunately, the godmother of this vessel was unable to attend the ceremony of ‘her’ ship in India due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

The vessel has a load capacity of over 4,200 tons and a length of 98 meters. It meets the increased environmental requirements that apply to new-build vessels (Tier III standard).
Lady Hedwig is the third of six new ships of this type. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for the end of September.
